This week, let's talk about something we all suffer from at one time or another – good intentions. We intend to get the birthday card to our brother on time, we intend to call a client back right away, we intend to make it our son or daughter's soccer game. Unless we act on those intentions, however, they simply remain nice thoughts. The funny thing is that we get mad at people because they don't see that we had good intentions. As if simply by having good intentions, we have a free pass that excuses our behavior.
