Speaking - Pre-program Questionnaire


Please print this questionnaire and keep it for your files. It is designed to make the program great—without making your life miserable. Fill out ONLY those areas that apply to your organization. If a question can be answered by having us check your web site or read your literature, please direct us to these sources. If you don’t have certain answers yet, send it back anyway. We will call before the program to wrap up missing details. Bobbi likes to hold a pre-program conference call with several key people. If you are unsure of the answers to strategic questions, leave those blank and she will ask those questions during the call.
